Testoserone + hCG - Men's TRT Advanced Program Level III
Testoserone + hCG - Men's TRT Advanced Program Level III
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) and hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is our highest-level men’s hormone optimization protocol for peak performance, vitality, confidence, fertility support, and long-term balance. Physiologically, exogenous testosterone suppresses pituitary LH release, which reduces natural testicular testosterone production and can cause testicular atrophy and fertility decline; hCG mimics LH by directly binding to Leydig cell receptors to maintain endogenous testosterone synthesis and spermatogenesis. This combination delivers the full benefits of TRT while preserving natural testicular function, preventing shrinkage, and supporting fertility.

Hormone services are provided on a subscription-based membership model. Your membership shall automatically renew and be charged at the selected interval (3, 6, or 12 months). Refills are processed automatically by the Vitali-T Team on each medication’s due date. Auto-charges may not coincide precisely with refill shipments; Vitali-T maintains a continuous medication supply to help prevent interruptions as an integral part of your treatment protocols. Medications may ship separately from multiple pharmacies due to varying dosage usage rates and synchronization differences. All TRT and HRT hormonal therapies are refilled at quarterly 90-day intervals. Regardless of the selected membership term, each refill shall consist of approximately a 90-day supply in compliance with applicable regulations, beyond-use dating (BUD) requirements, and DEA mandates.
FAQ
Will labs have to be repeated?
Will labs have to be repeated?
Often labs are repeated at least once per year after the initial lab draw and results discussion. This will cost you out-of-pocket (you might be able to use your health insurance policy), but it's much cheaper than the initial labs because we order only the few that need to be monitored and trended.
