Why the concierge self-pay model?

The answer is simple: WE CAN HELP MEN FEEL LIKE A MAN AGAIN

Testosterone Replacement Therapy | Hormone Replacement Therapy | Peptides | Weight Loss | Erectile Dysfunction

We do not bill insurance. There are many reasons why we do not practice under the restrictive
insurance billing model:

  • Insurance companies restrict access to much needed therapies for men in the U.S. of A.

  • Self-pay allows fewer visits (2-3/year with a cash pay structure)

  • Self-pay allows for more liberal and progressive prescribing practices

  • We can treat you, the patient, not a number (as required by insurance)

  • The current guidelines suggest that normal testosterone levels are as low as 240 ng/dL for all ages, for all body types, for all men. This leaves many men theoretically not treated because of this ridiculously low level set as what is "normal". They shouldn't be able to decide what is normal for you.

  • Decisions are under your control, not the insurance underwriters

  • American men have low T due to endocrine disruptors and estrogenic causes: BPA, dioxins, perchlorate, phthalates, pytoestrogens, PBDE, PCB, triclosan, dietary changes, fats, soy, micro-plastic accumulation, weight gain, and decreased activity to name but a few.
