Program Fees, Prescriptions & Expectations
Vitali-T Health & Wellness Clinic is a medical practice and does not operate as a retail pharmacy or sell prescription medications directly to patients.
Fees paid to Vitali-T are for participation in a clinically managed health and wellness program. Depending on the program selected, these fees may include medical evaluation, provider access, development and management of an individualized treatment plan, ongoing clinical oversight, follow-up care, treatment monitoring, care coordination, prescription management, and other services associated with the patient’s care.
Payment to Vitali-T does not constitute the purchase of a prescription medication, peptide, vial, dose, or specific quantity of medication. Patients are paying for participation in and access to a professionally managed clinical program.
Participation in a Vitali-T program does not guarantee that any particular medication, therapy, dose, or treatment will be prescribed. All prescribing decisions are made independently by a licensed healthcare provider based on the patient’s medical history, symptoms, laboratory findings, clinical circumstances, applicable standards of care, and the provider’s professional judgment.
When prescription therapy is medically appropriate, a prescription may be issued and transmitted to an appropriately licensed pharmacy for fulfillment. Vitali-T does not manufacture or compound prescription medications.
This program-based structure applies to hormone therapy, testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, metabolic health programs, and other prescription-based clinical programs offered by Vitali-T.
The inclusion, coordination, or facilitation of prescription therapy as part of a program does not alter the fact that the patient’s payment is for the overall clinical program and associated professional services rather than the retail purchase of a particular medication.
A prescription may be modified, substituted, withheld, discontinued, or not renewed based on clinical judgment, laboratory findings, treatment response, safety considerations, changes in the patient’s medical condition, pharmacy availability, regulatory requirements, or other clinically relevant factors.
Payment for a program never guarantees approval, dispensing, continuation, or renewal of any specific prescription.
Financial Responsibility
Vitali-T Health & Wellness Clinic is a cash-pay practice. Patients are responsible for understanding the fees associated with their selected program, membership, consultation, laboratory testing, follow-up care, and any additional services they elect to receive.
The total cost of care may vary depending on the patient’s individual treatment plan, laboratory requirements, monitoring needs, frequency of follow-up, prescribed therapies, and optional services.
Payment for membership or participation in a program is separate from the clinical determination of whether a particular therapy is medically appropriate. Financial arrangements do not influence or guarantee prescribing decisions.
Patients should review Vitali-T’s Subscription and Billing policies for additional information regarding program fees, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and other financial terms.
Patient Eligibility & Program Expectations
Vitali-T Health & Wellness Clinic provides individualized hormone, health, and wellness services for patients who are prepared to take an active role in their care and maintain reasonable expectations regarding treatment.
Hormone therapy and health optimization are not intended to provide immediate or guaranteed results. Response to treatment varies among individuals and may be influenced by age, medical history, laboratory findings, treatment adherence, nutrition, physical activity, sleep, stress, medications, underlying health conditions, and other factors.
Meaningful improvement may occur gradually over several months. Treatment frequently requires continued monitoring and periodic adjustment as the patient’s symptoms, laboratory findings, and clinical circumstances change.
Vitali-T’s programs are intended for patients seeking a long-term, medically managed approach to improving health and addressing appropriate symptoms rather than a short-term or medication-only solution.
Appropriate Candidates for Our Programs
Our services are generally best suited for individuals who:
- Are seeking evaluation and treatment for symptoms that may include changes in energy, libido, body composition, strength, recovery, or overall well-being.
- Are willing to complete required laboratory testing and recommended follow-up evaluations.
- Understand that treatment decisions are based on the patient’s overall clinical picture and not solely on achieving a particular laboratory value or hormone level.
- Are willing to incorporate appropriate lifestyle measures, including nutrition, exercise, sleep, recovery, and other health-related recommendations when indicated.
- Understand that medications, dosages, and treatment plans may require adjustment over time based on symptoms, laboratory findings, treatment response, safety considerations, and clinical judgment.
- Are prepared to maintain appropriate medical follow-up and monitoring for the duration of treatment.
- Understand that continued participation in a program does not guarantee continued eligibility for any particular prescription or therapy.
Treatment Expectations
Vitali-T Health & Wellness Clinic does not guarantee specific clinical, physical, cosmetic, sexual, performance, weight-loss, body-composition, or laboratory outcomes.
Some patients may experience improvement relatively early in treatment, while other benefits may require several months to develop. Individual response varies, and some symptoms may not improve to the degree anticipated.
Symptoms commonly associated with hormonal or metabolic conditions may also have causes unrelated to hormone levels. Additional evaluation, testing, or treatment by another healthcare professional may therefore be recommended or required.
Patients should not expect treatment to function as a quick fix or as a substitute for appropriate nutrition, physical activity, sleep, preventive healthcare, or management of other medical conditions.
Continuation of treatment may depend upon completion of required laboratory testing, follow-up appointments, safety monitoring, adherence to the prescribed treatment plan, appropriate communication with the clinical team, and compliance with Vitali-T policies.
Scope of Care & Clinical Eligibility
Submission of an intake form, completion of laboratory testing, scheduling of a consultation, enrollment in a program, or payment for services does not guarantee acceptance for treatment or issuance of a prescription.
All treatment is subject to individualized evaluation by a licensed healthcare professional.
A requested medication, peptide, hormone, dose, laboratory target, treatment strategy, or other therapy may be declined when the treating clinician determines that it is not medically appropriate, is not clinically indicated, presents an unacceptable risk, falls outside the clinician’s scope of practice, is unavailable through an appropriate pharmacy, or is inconsistent with applicable law, professional standards, or Vitali-T policy.
Patients may not purchase, select, or require a particular prescription solely by enrolling in or paying for a Vitali-T program.
Vitali-T Health & Wellness Clinic may determine that a patient’s medical needs are more appropriately evaluated or managed by a primary care provider, specialist, urgent care facility, emergency department, or another healthcare professional or facility.
Patients should review Vitali-T’s Scope of Care for additional information regarding the conditions and services that may or may not be appropriately managed through the clinic.
Patient Responsibilities
Patients are responsible for providing complete, truthful, and accurate medical information, including current medications, supplements, allergies, medical conditions, prior diagnoses, relevant treatment history, laboratory results, and material changes in health status.
Patients are responsible for following medication instructions, completing required laboratory testing and safety monitoring, attending recommended follow-up appointments, and promptly reporting significant side effects, adverse reactions, new diagnoses, medication changes, or other meaningful changes in their health.
Patients should use prescribed medications only as directed and should not independently alter the prescribed dose, frequency, route of administration, or treatment schedule without consulting the treating provider.
Failure to complete required laboratory testing, follow-up care, or safety monitoring, or failure to comply with the treatment plan or clinic policies, may result in modification, suspension, non-renewal, or discontinuation of treatment.
Ongoing Clinical Management
Health optimization and hormone management are ongoing clinical processes rather than one-time interventions.
Treatment plans may evolve as new information becomes available, including changes in symptoms, laboratory findings, health history, medications, treatment response, clinical guidelines, safety considerations, or applicable regulatory requirements.
The treating clinician retains sole clinical discretion regarding whether a therapy should be initiated, continued, adjusted, substituted, paused, or discontinued.
Patient Acknowledgment
By choosing to receive care through Vitali-T Health & Wellness Clinic, patients acknowledge that participation in a Vitali-T program involves an ongoing clinical relationship requiring appropriate monitoring, communication, follow-up, and individual participation.
Patients further acknowledge that program fees are paid for clinical services, access, oversight, treatment management, and participation in the applicable Vitali-T program and do not represent the retail purchase of a specific prescription drug, peptide, vial, dose, or quantity.
No particular medication or treatment is guaranteed by enrollment or payment.
Vitali-T Health & Wellness Clinic reserves the right to modify, withhold, or discontinue treatment when clinically appropriate or necessary for patient safety, regulatory compliance, professional standards, pharmacy requirements, or adherence to clinic policies.
