How Payments Work
We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions. We do not store
your full credit card information on our servers.
Payments can be made directly on the website in the following ways:
- Through our online forms
- Via the shopping cart (items added to cart)
- All payments processed on the site are due immediately at the time of checkout
Labs, Products & Treatment Programs
You may pay for laboratory testing, medications, and treatment programs directly on the site.
Once payment is received, your order is reviewed by a licensed medical professional. If the treatment is determined to be medically appropriate, you will be approved and receive your prescribed products or program.
New vs. Established Patients
New Patients: A medical visit (in-person or telehealth) is required before starting treatment.
Established Patients: You can often purchase eligible items directly on the site with
immediate provider approval (subject to medical review).
Refunds & Cancellations
Please refer to our full Refund Policy for complete details. Key points include:
Full Refund if You Do Not Medically Qualify: If you do not qualify for treatment after medical review, a 100% refund will be issued (provided no medications or products have been shipped).
No Returns on Medications or Treatment: Once medications or treatment products have been dispensed and shipped, they cannot be returned to Vitali-T or the pharmacy for any reason. No refunds will be issued after shipment due to the personalized and prescription nature of the products.
Damaged Shipments: Notify us in writing with photos within 24 hours of delivery for review and possible resolution.
Subscription & Recurring Billing
- All subscription plans require a minimum 3-month commitment.
- You may cancel after the initial commitment period by emailing info@vitali-t.clinic.
- No prorated refunds for unused portions of prepaid plans.
