hCG - Human Chorionic Gonadotropin - Fertility Maintenance & Improvement
hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) is a glycoprotein hormone that mimics luteinizing hormone (LH) in the body. Physiologically, it binds directly to LH receptors on the Leydig cells in the testes, stimulating endogenous testosterone production, maintaining intratesticular testosterone levels, and supporting spermatogenesis even when exogenous testosterone is suppressing natural pituitary LH. These actions prevent testicular atrophy, preserve fertility, and sustain natural hormone production, making HCG a key addition in TRT protocols for men who want to maintain testicular function, libido, and fertility while on testosterone therapy.
Usual Dosage: HCG 250IU twice weekly (when part of the TRT program). Depending on dose, the vial may or may not last the full 90 days.

Hormone services are provided on a subscription-based membership model. Your membership shall automatically renew and be charged at the selected interval (3, 6, or 12 months). Refills are processed automatically by the Vitali-T Team on each medication’s due date. Auto-charges may not coincide precisely with refill shipments; Vitali-T maintains a continuous medication supply to help prevent interruptions as an integral part of your treatment protocols. Medications may ship separately from multiple pharmacies due to varying dosage usage rates and synchronization differences. All TRT and HRT hormonal therapies are refilled at quarterly 90-day intervals. Regardless of the selected membership term, each refill shall consist of approximately a 90-day supply in compliance with applicable regulations, beyond-use dating (BUD) requirements, and DEA mandates.
